Are your products royalty free?

Yes, our samples are 100% royalty-free and can be used for commercial projects, including albums, iTunes and Spotify releases, as well as movies, video games, or YouTube videos.

However, you are not allowed to redistribute or repack our samples and music. Rendering project files and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is not allowed.

With your purchase, you receive a usage license for the included sounds/files. However, you do not own the copyright on the samples; that remains with Tech House Market.

You are permitted to use all samples in your (commercial) music and media projects.

I got a problem with downloading my products, how can you help me?

If you haven't received your download link, are unable to download the product, or have lost your download link, please send us an email with your order number.

We will do our utmost best to get back to you as quickly as possible and provide you with a new download link.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments via credit card (VISA/MasterCard/AMERICAN EXPRESS/Maestro/Bancontact),

As well as through Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and iDeal.

Please note that we do not offer payments in installments or custom invoices.

Is it possible to download my product immediately after making the purchase?

You will receive an instant download immediately after your purchase, both through our website and via email in your inbox.

I get an error when trying to use your Xfer Serum Presets, what can I do?

Things you can do yourself include:

1. Update your Xfer Serum VST to the latest version.

2. Ensure that you have installed all the presets, noises, and wavetables in the correct folders.

Do your sample work with all DAWs?

Yes all our samples work with all DAWs!

DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) are programs suchs as: FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, Cubase, Reaper, Studio One.

How secure is Tech House Market?

Your order will be encrypted via SSL certificate. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the official 3D secure procedure.

Can I use the name of vocalists and or sound designers?

Can I get a refund?

At Tech House Market, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. However, we will issue a refund under the following conditions:

- You have not downloaded the product yet.

- You accidentally made a duplicated order.

Bundled Products:

We do not offer refunds on bundled products, as they are already discounted below the regular list price. Ensure you don’t purchase duplicate items when buying bundles.

Do you offer an affiliate program?

Yes, we do offer an affiliate program.

We require a website that has been in existence for a minimum of six months, boasting quality content and a monthly visitor count of 1,000 or more. Similarly, for YouTube, we seek channels with the same longevity, accompanied by a subscriber count exceeding 2,000.

When it comes to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, we expect a follower base of no less than 1,000.

In addition, we evaluate the engagement on these platforms by considering the number of views and comments. We will thoroughly assess all proposed mediums, accepting only those that align with our specified criteria.
