What is the Gold Club?
The Gold Club is Tech House Market's reward program. Members earn Points through purchases and selected actions, and can redeem those Points for order discounts at any time.
How do I join the Gold Club?
Start by joining the email list below. After signing up, you'll receive an invitation to activate Gold Club access by creating a free Tech House Market account. Gold Club rewards become available once both steps are completed.
How can I earn Points?
Points are earned automatically through:
- Purchases
- Reviews
- Birthday rewards
- Optional actions like social follows
- Occasional bonus events
No manual tracking is required.
How long does it take for new Points to appear in my account?
New Points are added to your account within approximately 10 minutes after completing the action.
Where can I see how many Points I have?
You can find a complete overview of your Gold Club membership in your account. Go to the Points tab in your account overview.
How can I redeem Points?
Once you have at least 600 Points, you can redeem them for a discount on your order. Every 100 Points is worth €1, and you can redeem any amount above that minimum at any time. Click here to redeem your Points.
Can my Points expire?
Your Points will only expire if you have not engaged in any activities for two years. Don't worry, we will notify you well in advance. If for any reason this is not possible, please let us know and we will keep your Points safe.
